Ezinwa Ogbuehi Responds to Adeyinka Grandson on Femi Fani Kayode Controversy

@Adeyinka Grandson: Talking about who is a coward between the Yoruba and the Igbo is like comparing the sheep and the lion. "For more than four decades, the Igbo have labelled the entire Yoruba race as cowards". So what has changed?
Have the Yorubas stopped their cowardly acts of prostrating and hobnobbing with their Gambari conquerors? Are they not still in alliance with the same Gambaris who killed Afonja, the Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, took Ilorin from the Yorubas and installed their Gambari Emir in that city up to this day? Have the Yorubas with their new found bravery been able to retake this important Yoruba town? And can you point out one Igbo town, city, village, hamlet or clan that is under the rulership of a Gambari or any other tribe in Nigeria even after waging a bitter civil war?
Have the Yorubas not entered into an unholy alliance with the Gambaris with the sole purpose of enthroning a Gambari President in 2015? The same Gambaris that took Ilorin from you, sent Awo to Jail on treasonable charges, denied him the 1979 Presidency, annulled an election won by M.K.O, clamped him into detention, murdered him and his wife, humiliated and sent Oladipo Diya and Obasanjo to Jos and Yola prisons? Tell me what is more cowardly than a son escorting the murderer of his parent back to his village in order to be seen as a good man? So where is the Yoruba bravery in all these and why do u blame the Igbos if they see the Yorubas as cowards?
The Yorubas pride themselves as the most educated and the most sophisticated tribe in Nigeria today? But of what value is this education and sophistication if they cannot be put to good use? If the alliance between Afonja, Awo,Akintola, M.K.O, Diya and the Gambaris could not work in the past, what made u think it will
work in 2015? So my brother, the Yorubas should stop deluding themselves. A warrior is recognized by the number of battles won and not by the number of harmless destitutes he's able to "deport".

The Igbos are peace-loving people with a proud heritage.
They have paid their dues in Nigeria. They shuld be celebrated as the only tribe that have shown true dedication to the Nigerian project with their multi-billion naira investments scattered across the country... If with all their education, the Yorubas can still not recognize who their true friends are, then it’s unfortunate.
